Would you like to volunteer at the Festival?

A truly unique event.

Every year we need LOTS of volunteers to help us run the festival and the Training project prior.

We seek volunteers locally, nationally and internationally.

We need volunteers for the full 2 week experience of the International training project. You will become fully immersed in the world of Circus and become part of a great team for the festival.

Tasks include working in the kitchen doing food prep, washing up, breakfasts, cleaning , waste management, sPizza team, Baristas,working in the cafe and other general site works.

What we offer:

Accommodation – bring your own tent, swag, hammock, car, van – whatever you want to sleep in. We’ll find a nice shady spot for you to make your own.

Food – you’ll get 3 square meals per day, plus one coffee per day. Vegetarians and carnivores are catered for.

Activities -You can join in the warm up class in the morning and Captain Fatso’s handstand class at the end of the day. There will also be an opportunity to participate in a dance class and we put on a volunteer class each day in differing disciplines.

Entertainment – There are evening cabarets as well as a creative and vibrant atmosphere inhabited by wonderful artistic souls, such as yourself. You’ll make friends for life and take away memories that will stay with you for ever.

What we ask from you:

5 hours per day of enthusiastic help in your allocated slots, to be rostered as far as possible in accordance with your skills and preferences.

A commitment to the Western Australian Circus Festival ethic of doing your absolute best, punctually, cheerfully and with energy, supporting your workmates and the circus staff.

We also need volunteers for the Festival Only. Volunteering gives you access to the festival in exchange for a 4 hour shift  each day of the festival, 19th and 20th January 2019.
